5/5 definitely, I was not hassled just a nudge now and again to see if I wanted to go ahead with the service. I got the feeling that you really wanted to assist, which, is rare these days. The guys were really nice, turned up early and were quick. All the people I dealt with on the phone were polite and really nice.
